1. Familiar with different areas of HR management, such as talent recruitment, organization optimization, salary & benefit development, performance management and etc.
2. Familiar with different administrative management requirements, such as office management, driver working plan, & the improvement and execution of daily administrative management policies & regulations.
3. A strong sense of team work, responsibility, integrity; detail-oriented.
4. Good communication skills; A nice and patient person is much preferrable.
4. At least 5 years' relevant working experience.
